A 15-year-old boy was charged with first-degree murder and attempted murder in the shooting death of an Aurora man outside of his home in January, according to the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office. A person in the car shot the man, who later died at the hospital, Aurora police said. The man’s name has not been released by the Adams and Broomfield County Coroner’s Office. Investigators believe the boy knew the man’s family but did not know him personally.
