(KRON) -- It will be a cold morning across the Bay Area, with frost advisories early and temperatures as cold as the 30s and 40s in some areas. Things will begin to warm up with a dry and sunny afternoon ahead with highs back up in to the 60s, much like Monday.  Winds will calm down all across the region, including in Southern California today. The weekend will cool down with a chance of much needed rain for Southern California. In the Bay Area, rain is much less likely.
