HAMILTON — A tractor trailer jammed under a NJ Transit train overpass on Nottingham Way Tuesday snarled traffic for hours.
Employees from Hawk’s Recovery & Towing braved frigid temperatures during a late-morning attempt to extricate a trailer wedged beneath the steel span.
