TAUNTON, Mass. (WPRI) — An investigation is underway after a dirt bike rider was hit by a car in Taunton Tuesday afternoon, according to Massachusetts State Police. Police said the dirt bike rider was hit on Somerset Avenue and was transported to Morton Hospital with serious injuries. It's unclear if the driver will be facing charges.
