NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk Police responded to a barricade situation in the 100 block of Kidd Boulevard Tuesday afternoon. The scene is just off Curlew Drive, near Interstate 64. NPD posted to social media about the situation at 3:45 p.m. A WAVY viewer provided an image that showed the active police response near the intersection of Sellger Drive.
