Over 3K across SELA without power during snow storm

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Entergy customers across Southeast Louisiana are without power in the midst of a snowy winter storm.
According to the Entergy outage map about 3,423 customers across the state are in the dark.

Jefferson Parish — 56
Tangipahoa Parish — 2,291
Lafourche Parish — 207
Orleans Parish — 335
St.Charles Parish — 26
Terrebonne Parish — 50
Plaquemines Parish — 327
Entergy officials are reminding residents that if an outage occurs in their area, crews will assess damages and post estimated restoration times by 10 p.m. They add that icy roads may slow restoration times.
Rising snow levels recorded throughout Southeast Louisiana
Temperatures on the north and south shore currently sit in the mid to upper 20s with snow levels so far reaching a high of five inches in some areas.
