Juvenile wounded in shooting on Chef Menteur Highway amid winter storm

NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Officers with the New Orleans Police Department are investigating a shooting that left a juvenile wounded amid Tuesday's winter weather.
The NOPD reported that officers responded to the 6000 block of Chef Menteur Highway around 1:30 p.m., where they found a male juvenile with gunshot wound.
Mandeville man arrested in connection with attempted murder investigation
He was taken to a hospital for treatment.
According to the NOPD, a female suspect was taken into custody.
