The Budget, Finance, and Economic Development (BFED) Committee has elected their leadership for the next Council term. Members of this Committee are: At-Large Councilmember James Brown, Committee Chair At-Large Councilmember Chuck Ellinger, Vice Cair Vice Mayor Dan Wu 2nd District Councilmember Shayla Lynch 3rd District Councilmember Hannah LeGris 5th District Councilmember Liz Sheehan 6th District Councilmember Denise Gray 9th District Councilmember Whitney Elliott Baxter 10th District Councilmember Dave Sevigny 11th District Councilmember Jennifer Reynolds Councilmembers Brown and Ellinger served as the Chair and Vice Chair of the BFED Committee in the previous Council term. The BFED Chair not only sets the agenda and facilitates Committee meetings, but also oversees Council’s process to create the LFUCG Budget. The Chair assigns Councilmembers to Budget Link groups and facilitates Budget Committee of the Whole meetings.
