INDIANAPOLIS —  The Wheeler Mission was named a grant recipient for the 2025 Chick-fil-A True Inspiration Awards. The nonprofit organization will receive $30,000 for their work. Wheeler Mission was one of 56 nonprofits to receive a total of $6 million in grants. The Mission plans to use its funds to help renovate its commercial kitchen to better service their men's center, as well as hire additional service personnel, according to Chick-fil-A representatives. The Mission offers recovery services including emergency shelter, residential programming, addiction recovery and work enterprise to individuals experiencing homelessness in Central Indiana.
