(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Fort Carson said soldiers will be conducting live-fire training that begins on Tuesday, Jan. 21. Fort Carson said the training begins on Tuesday and will last until Monday, Jan. 27. Soldiers from the 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division will be conducting the live-fire artillery training as required to validate field artillery crews. According to Fort Carson, the training will cause an increase in noise and dust throughout the day and into the evening south of main post. Noise complaints should be directed to the Fort Carson Public Affairs Office at (719) 526-9849.
