BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Ridgecrest police are asking the community to keep a lookout for a dangerous and violent felon in the community. Andrew Anguiano, 40, is wanted by the Ridgecrest Police Department with an active felony Ramey warrant for charges including alleged rape by force/fear, rape of a drugged victim, rape in concert with force or violence, oral copulation in concert with force and sodomy by force, violence, or fear, according to police.
