“My Unorthodox Life” star Julia Haart is back at the helm of the talent and modeling agency she shared with ex-husband, Silvio Scaglia, as part of their contentious, near-three-year divorce. The 53-year-old fashion mogul and Netflix reality star has reinstated herself as interim CEO of Elite World Models after she was awarded 50% interest in its parent company, Freedom Holding, Us Weekly confirmed. Haart has also been granted power of attorney over the half belonging to her ex. It was during their brief union that Haart first became the head of Scaglia’s Elite World Group. Once they parted ways, she was ousted and claimed to have been “completely blindsided” by the move. In the wake of Haart’s filing, Scaglia accused her of stealing a company-owned Bentley and of making “illegal withdrawals” from the company’s account after leaving her post — allegations made in lawsuits he dropped in December 2022. Earlier that year, Haart had accused Scaglia of withdrawing $1.5 million from the account which held her CEO earnings. Haart said her ex’s billionaire status was “nothing more than smoke and mirrors.” Now, a judge says Haart can receive $7.4 million in unpaid management fees, dating from 2019 to 2021. She’s also entitled to half of the cash withdrawals Scaglia made from their businesses since her February 2022 filing, as well as half of the nearly $3 million he made for selling a company-owned Kees Van Dongen painting. In an Instagram Story Tuesday, Haart said she was “so grateful that justice has been served!” Haart also appeared to confirm in her Story that she was awarded the couple’s $65 million home as part of the divorce. The Daily News reached out to a representative for Haart, but had not received a response as of Tuesday evening.
