WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - The Kansas Highway Patrol said a 29-year-old Lost Springs, Kansas man was killed in a head-on crash Monday. The crash happened around 1 p.m. on U.S. Highway 56 just north of 270th Road in Marion County. The KHP said a Ram truck driven by Kendall L. Harding was heading north when he somehow went into the southbound lane, striking a semi head-on. Dangerous cold through Tuesday morning, mainly dry Harding was pronounced dead at the scene. The 36-year-old driver of the semi wasn't injured. The KHP report says Harding wasn't wearing a seatbelt.
