RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Richmond's Fan District will be getting a new cat café, the Purrfect Bean. According to a post from the business's Instagram account, the cat café will be located at 214 North Lombardy Street, which was formerly home to Westray's Finest Ice Cream. Plans are reportedly in the works to paint the interior and change the lighting, furniture and equipment. The first floor will be the cat café area and the second floor will be home to the cat lounge.
