WEST WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) – West Warwick Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a robbery suspect. On January 9th, West Warwick Police received a call for an armed robbery at the Cumberland Farms located at 244 Washington Street. Police say a man dressed in a hooded jacket with a fur trim hood entered the store and demanded money from the clerk at gunpoint. After the robbery, the suspect met another man who was waiting across the street. Anyone with information is asked to contact the West Warwick Police Department. Categories: News
