NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Snow is sweeping across Southeast Louisiana on Tuesday, Jan. 21, and residents are getting into the spirit by building snowmen! Snow across the region has reached up to 3 inches in some areas including St. Tammany and St. Charles parishes, according to the National Weather Service.
