(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Flying Horse King Soopers is a day away from opening, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22 at the new store. The 122,000-square-foot marketplace, located at 2731 North Gate Boulevard, will employ more than 300 associates when fully staffed. It will feature a Starbucks, pickup services, and a fuel center. The King Soopers will be open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., seven days a week. Doors will open at nine in the morning on Wednesday after the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
