COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — The Ohio Lottery is urging players to check their tickets after a $1 million prize was won in a recent drawing.
“Winners Corner in Reynoldsburg sold an auto-pick Powerball ticket for Wednesday's drawing,” the organization posted on social media. “Is it yours?”
According to a news release, the winning Powerball numbers were 8-41-52-53-58, the Powerball number was 7 and the Power Play number was 3. Beating the odds of 1 in 11,688,054, the auto-pick selection matched all five “white balls” to take the $1 million prize.

The Powerball results website shows no one won the jackpot of $305 million or the “Match 5 + Power Play” worth $2 million in the Wednesday, Jan. 15 drawing. The last grand prize, $256 million, was won on Dec. 7, 2024, in New York.
Winners Corner, a game store that sells board games, puzzles, playing cards and lottery tickets, is located at 2036 Baltimore-Reynoldsburg Road in Reynoldsburg.
The winner will take home around $720,000 after paying the 28% tax on the prize.
Powerball drawings are every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. ET. Tickets are $2.
