TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNW) -- Governor Laura Kelly has ordered all flags in Kansas to be flown at full staff for the remainder of the day.
The governor's announcement came in the wake of President Trump's directive that all flags be raised. They had been ordered lowered until Jan. 28 under the Biden administration to honor former President Jimmy Carter following his death.
