TOPEKA (KSNT) - With temperatures plummeting, one local church has opened their doors to keep people warm.  Central Park Christian Church opened their doors Sunday, Jan. 19, and will continue to stay open until the morning of Monday, Jan. 21. They are offering snacks, places to sleep, and comforting supplies all under a warm roof.  "We're a small little church but full of big-hearted people," Rick Fleming, lead pastor at Central Park Christian Church, said. "So, we're doing pretty good in terms of supplies and food. We also had the rescue mission send over some food for us and extra sleeping mats and things like that. So, we're in pretty good shape at least for tonight. "  Meet and greets ahead of hockey games in Topeka The church told 27 News it opens their doors to everyone for all emergencies.
