Supporters of President Donald Trump celebrate his return to the Oval Office

WILBRAHAM, Mass. (WWLP) - After President Donald Trump returned to the Oval Office his supporters in western Massachusetts celebrated this historic event.
"He's definitely going to make America great again," expressed Wilbraham Republican Town Committee Member, Brenden Hammerle.
Spirits were high at the Wilbraham Country Club as their community's Republican Town Committee hosted an event to celebrate President Trump. Those in attendance coming together to talk about the 47th presidents inauguration and what the next four years will bring.
Many telling us their hopes for this next chapter in our country's history. "I'm very excited. I'm hopeful. I'm confident that he's going to do a good job for all Americans," said Wilbraham Republican Town Committee Member, Marshall Moriarty.
"We need him to come back, we need him back now to brings things together," added Chair of Wilbraham Republican Town Committee, Tracey Farnsworth.
Despite impeachments, criminal indictments, and experiencing two assassination attempts, one attendee told 22news they believe his second term is a second chance. "It's an incredible comeback. And he's just he's strong. He's very powerful. Strong. And it shows that everything he does is strength," said Hammerle.
And as the president begins his second term his supporters are hopeful for the future and the new policies he will implement. "The immigration policies, inflation, the cost of gas and groceries. I think everything's going to do a big turn around," said Hammerle.
"And we need a peacemaker, not one that's going to send arms to people to cause wars, to go on and on," added Moriarty.
Donald Trump now becomes the second of only two presidents to serve non-consecutive terms.
