Jan 20, 2025
WEST WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) — The search continues for a man investigators believe robbed a West Warwick gas station at gunpoint earlier this month.
Police said the man walked into the Cumberland Farms off of Washington Street on Jan. 9 and walked up to the counter. He then pulled out a gun and demanded cash from the clerk.
The man, who was wearing a winter jacket with a fur trimmed hood, left the store after receiving the money and met up with another man across the street. Both men then took off running together.
Anyone who can identify either suspect is asked to contact Detective Anthony Rozzero at (401) 827-9027.
