Arrest made in fatal December St. John Parish crash involving bicyclist On Thursday, Jan. 16, the Mandeville Police Department reported that officers responded to the 3300 block of John W. Moore Avenue for a medical call around 7:10 a.m., where they found a woman with a gunshot wound to her chest. The woman was taken to a hospital for treatment. Martin faces charges of attempted second-degree murder and sexual battery. Additional information was not released.
