The low at the airport this morning was 23. We're dropping to 19 tonight, but the big difference will be the winds and the dangerous wind chill factor. TONIGHT:    KTSM has issued a Weather Authority Alert due to extremely cold winds and a dangerous wind chill factor that will blow in tonight.  The N-NE winds will range from 10-25 mph and usher in a surge of very cold air.  The low will drop to 19 under partly cloudy skies, but the wind chill will range from 5 to 15 degrees.  A Cold Weather Advisory is posted tonight through 10 AM on Tuesday. FORECAST:    A Cold Weather Advisory is posted tonight through 10 AM on Tuesday.  Tuesday will start out very cold and clear.  It will be a sunny day with a chill in the air.  The variable winds will range from 5-10 mph, and the high will climb to 40.  On Tuesday night, the low will drop to 20.  Wednesday will be mostly sunny and warmer with a high of 52. On Thursday, another cold front pushes in dropping the high to 48.  Thursday will be mostly sunny with chilly winds from the north.  Friday will be sunny with light winds and a high of 55.  Saturday will be partly to mostly cloudy and windy with gusts near 40 mph.  This will pop the high to 65.  Sunday will be mostly sunny and windy with a high of 66. Monday will be partly to mostly cloudy with a chance of a few raindrops.  Monday's high: 59.
