(KRON) – The National Weather Service has extended the wind advisory for the East Bay Hills and the North Bay interior mountains until 1 a.m. on Tuesday.  North winds are projected to be 20 to 30 mph with gusts up from 35 to 50 mph, according to the weather service. Stronger wind gusts are forecasted for the North Bay with gusts from 50 to 60 mph in the highest peaks of the North Bay, the NWS said.  Photo: National Weather Service Video: Tesla rams into SF plant store  The weather service warns residents that wind gusts can blow unsecured objects in many directions, including tree limbs and cars.  The NWS also informs residents of the hazardous driving conditions the wind could bring, especially for high-profile vehicles.
