New Jersey Lt. Governor Tahesha Way helped dozens of volunteers at Mercer Street Friends Food Bank in Trenton Monday.
The food bank packed thousands of bags of food to support the organization’s Send Hunger Packing program.
Students from several Trenton area schools volunteered at Mercer Street Friends Food Bank and they packed food bags as part of the Mercer Street Friends Send Hunger Packing effort.
