CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) -- In a touching moment of gratitude, one young lady went to thank the rescue crews that saved her in Chesapeake. Makayla Vaughan was involved in a vehicle collision, and photos showed her in a wheelchair. On Monday, Chesapeake Fire Department posted that she had stopped by to thank the Station 8C crews that treated her.
