Naked woman arrested after crashing stolen car in La Porte County KINGSBURY, Ind. (WISH) — A woman took an idling car outside a home and then crashed it into a basketball goal and a tree at another nearby home before running nude from the vehicle, La Porte County Sheriff’s Office says. A deputy found the 37-year-old woman inside the home, where she was found in a towel after taking a shower. The silver 2007 BMW vehicle was found crashed just after 6 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of West Green Lawn Drive. That’s in a small housing addition off U.S. 35 just about a mile north of the town of Kingsbury. Michelle N. Reeves, of La Porte, was arrested on preliminary charges that included a low-level felony count of unauthorized entry of a vehicle used in a crime. She was taken to a hospital for a medical evaluation before being put in jail on a $755 cash bond. Online court records on Monday afternoon did not yet show a case for Reeves.
