WASHINGTON (DC News Now) -- D.C. police said they are offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in connection to a deadly shooting in Congress Heights.
According to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), just before 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 18, officers were called to the 1300 block of Congress Street for a shooting.
There, officers found 21-year-old Raymont Owens, of Southeast, inside an apartment with gunshot wounds.

He died at the scene.
As of Sunday, MPD said no suspects were in custody.
