ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man died from his injuries after he was stabbed on Green Knolls Drive Sunday night. On Sunday night, officers found the 49-year-old victim lying in the road of Green Knolls Dr. He had one stab wound in his upper body and was immediately taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. He died around 3 a.m. Monday morning. There have been no arrests yet. One person was detained, but no charges have been filed. The circumstances behind the stabbing are unknown. The stabbing remains under investigation and anyone with information is urged to call 911.
