Burger joint Shake Shack is coming to Junction Commons next winter. “With its highly anticipated opening set for Winter 2025/2026, Shake Shack will bring its iconic menu of premium burgers, crinkle-cut fries, hand-spun shakes, and more to the heart of Park City,” reads a press release from the shopping center.“We are delighted to welcome Shake Shack to Junction Commons and to Park City,” said Abby Phillips Marketing and Specialty Leasing Manager at Junction Commons. “When attending college in New York, Shake Shack was always an icon, a beacon for community in Madison Square Park. We hope with this new dining option, as well as our newly renovated entry plaza, Junction Commons can also have a strong community feel for locals and visitors alike. This marks an exciting milestone for our shopping center and our community as we continue to enhance our offerings and create a premier destination for shopping, dining, and lifestyle amenities.”Shake Shack began as a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park in 2001, the company said. The store will occupy a 3,200 square-foot space located at the front of the shopping center and visible from the roadway.
