National Weather Service-Valley lead meteorologist Laurel McCoy tells KFOR News Lincoln could see a high of only 9 above on Monday. She says there will be one more frigid morning on Tuesday, as winds calm down, with temps around 10 below. Temperatures will rebound Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday. A Cold Weather Advisory, which used to be called a Wind Chill Advisory, is in effect until noon Tuesday.
