WASHINGTON (NEXSTAR) - President-elect Donald Trump will officially be sworn into office Monday.
Trump’s inauguration will take place inside the U.S. Capitol because of cold temperatures in D.C.
The cold has moved the inauguration inside, but it has not stopped Trump supporters from showing out.
Thousands attended a victory rally Sunday night where the incoming president laid out some of his plans.
In an hour-long speech at Capital One Arena, President-elect Donald Trump pledged to quickly implement his agenda and undo President Biden’s.
"Every radical and foolish executive order of the Biden administration will be repealed within hours of when I take the oath of office,” said Trump.
President-elect Trump said his top priorities include sealing the southern border and deporting illegal immigrants.
“By the time the sun sets tomorrow evening, the invasion of our borders will have come to a halt,” said Trump.
He's also touting the return of TikTok after the video sharing app briefly went offline in the U.S.
He said he'll issue an executive order Monday to delay the ban on the Chinese-owned app.
"I said I'll approve but let the United States of America own 50% of TikTok,” said Trump.
The rally comes as the U.S. Capitol rotunda prepares for an indoor inauguration for the first time in 40 years.
President-elect Trump will attend a church service Monday morning.
He will have tea at the White House with President Biden before being sworn in at the Capitol. After that, he heads to Capital One Arena for a parade.
