Driver killed after being ejected from their vehicle during a crash in Marinette County

AMBERG, Wis. (WFRV) - Authorities in Marinette County say one person is dead after they were ejected during a two-vehicle crash Friday afternoon.
According to a release from the Marinette County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded at 3:12 p.m. to reports of a crash with one person trapped underneath a vehicle on US Highway 141 near County Highway K in the Town of Amberg.
Officials state that 22-year-old Aiden P. Vanpembrook from Green Bay was heading north on US Highway 141 when a vehicle driven by 58-year-old Russell L. Reynolds of Wausaukee pulled out from a private driveway causing the two vehicles to crash.

Reynolds, who was said to not be wearing a seatbelt at the time, was ejected from his vehicle during the crash and suffered fatal injuries.
Deputies state that failure to yield to the right of way appears to be a factor in the crash and an investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
