Paper Skyscraper, the iconic gift shop based in Charlotte, will be opening a third location next month in Davidson. The new store is set to open at Davidson Commons at 610 Jetton Street. “Our goal has always been to create a unique shopping experience,—a place where customers can discover something new, find joy, and celebrate creativity,” said Bill Godwin, Owner and General Manager of Paper Skyscraper. “We’re excited to bring this same energy and sense of community to Davidson and the Lake Norman area.” The local gift shop is known for offering distinct, high-quality items from quirky and artistic finds to elegant, everyday essentials. Paper Skyscraper’s flagship store has been located in Charlotte’s Dilworth neighborhood for over 30 years. The store opened a second location in Uptown in 2023. It has earned notable accolades like Yelps’ No. 1 independent store in the U.S. for holiday shopping.
