BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- Multiple Kern County Sheriff's Office patrol vehicles were seen at a gated apartment community on Pioneer Drive early Monday morning. On Jan. 20, the KCSO could be seen on at the Pioneer Cottages located near the intersection of Pioneer Dr. and Reseda Ln., near Sierra Middle School. Video from the scene shows deputies had blocked-off the parking lot and could be seen investigating a crime around 4:30 a.m. Avoid the area if possible. This is a developing story.
