LIST: Wintry weather prompts offices across Central Texas to close Tuesday

AUSTIN (KXAN) — County offices, as well as some service providers, are announcing closures and changes to their schedules on Monday and Tuesday due to wintry weather.
The First Warning Weather team said a winter storm on Monday night into early Tuesday morning is expected to bring a rare snow and wintry mix to Central Texas. A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect from now until noon Wednesday due to dangerous temperatures and wind chills.

CapMetro services to end by 9 p.m. Monday
CapMetro said its services on Monday will end by 9 p.m. Customers are urged to complete their last trips before then.
That means CapMetro's Night Owl service will be suspended Monday night. Due to Monday being Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the agency was already operating on a Saturday-level service.
CapMetro Rail, UT Shuttles and Express are not in service on Monday also.
CapMetro said it doesn't expect service impacts for Tuesday. The agency encouraged riders to sign up for CapMetro Alerts to get updates.
CapMetro also said it's prepared to shift its resources to provide emergency transportation for the community, and it's already providing transportation to cold-weather shelters.
Anyone who can't pay the fare and needs to get to a cold-weather shelter will still be given a ride, according to the agency.
Fayette County offices closed Tuesday
The Fayette County Office of Emergency Management said county offices will close Tuesday. They will decide whether to close on Wednesday or not on Tuesday.
The Fayette County Sheriff's Office said it will remain open 24/7 for the needs of the county.
Integral Care clinics closed Tuesday
Integral Care said clinics, administrative offices and other non-essential programs will close Tuesday due to wintry weather.
Psychiatric Emergency Services, other crisis services and residential services are continuing normal operations. If someone needs urgent help, call (512) 472-4357.
University of Texas at Austin Office of Emergency Management
The office said it will close on Tuesday due to the weather.
Williamson County offices closed Tuesday
County offices will close on Tuesday. Residents are urged to stay home and off the roads unless necessary.
Williamson County reminded residents to prepare for freezing temperatures and to register for local emergency alerts online. A list of warming centers is on the Texas Division of Emergency Management website.
