ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — One person was detained after a stabbing on Green Knolls Drive left a man with life-threatening injuries. On Sunday night, officers found the 49-year-old victim lying in the road of Green Knolls Dr. He had one stab wound in his upper body and was immediately taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. The victim is currently being treated for serious, life-threatening injuries, according to Rochester police. There have been no arrests yet, but officers say one person has been detained. The circumstances behind the stabbing are unknown. The stabbing remains under investigation and anyone with information is urged to call 911.
