(KRON) -- A Silver Alert was issued Sunday evening for a missing at-risk man, the Hayward Police Department posted on social media. Hoiman Ng, 74, suffers from a "mild memory condition," according to HPD. Ng stands 5-foot-3 and weighs 150 pounds, according to California Highway Patrol. He has gray hair, and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and a black baseball cap. He was carrying a black backpack. He was last seen around 10:30 a.m. in Hayward on Saturday, Jan. 18. Authorities say Ng is believed to be on foot.
