After the snow moved out Sunday night, dangerously cold temperatures settled in. The frigid conditions with wind chills that will make it feel below zero, will continue throughout the week. A snowstorm moved through South Jersey, Philadelphia, Delaware and the suburbs on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2025. The snow started falling in parts of the Pennsylvania suburbs ahead of the Eagles-Rams Divisional Round Playoff game early Sunday afternoon. The snow began to fall in Philadelphia shortly before 4 p.m. in the second quarter of the game at Lincoln Financial Field. The winter storm moved out Sunday night after dropping more than seven inches of snow in parts of the Lehigh Valley. After the snow moved out, bitter cold temperatures — that will last throughout the week — moved in, leading to icy road conditions.
