While they were both on the floor, the male victim noticed he was bleeding from his head and yelled, "I'm hit. I'm hit."
A third victim (a woman) said she was in bed asleep when she thought she heard several gunshots coming from the back of her home.
She said she heard her son screaming he was shot and immediately ran to him.
"I didn’t even hear no gunfire because my bedroom is in the front of the home," she said. "My son actually woke me up screaming that he was hit."

She told WREG her son had surgery for a gunshot wound to the head but is expected to make a full recovery. She said her son was awake and was making jokes from his hospital bed.
"He's doing great," she said. "The bullet is still in his head."
Officers located several points of entry in the upstairs bedroom, downstairs, walls, closet, and rear window.
A neighbor also had a bullet hole in her side window. Officers searched the rear of the apartment and located shell casings, projectiles, and fragments.
They checked nearby homes, and all the residents said they had not been hurt.
