BOONE COUNTY, Ind. — A home in Boone County was struck by gunfire on Sunday. According to the Boone County Sheriff's Office, deputies were sent to a residence near the 1700 block of West 750 South to investigate a shooting. A spokesperson for the sheriff's office later told FOX59 and CBS4 the homeowner investigators spoke with said a bullet had gone through their home. BCSO has confirmed that nobody was injured during the shooting. The sheriff's office did not specify the exact time the shooting took place.
