NORTH DAKOTA (KXNET) — Martin Luther King, Jr. Day is tomorrow and that means that city offices and services will be delayed or closed. The Bismarck City offices and the landfill will be closed tomorrow. There will be no garbage collection or curbside collection. Instead, Monday through Thursday service days will be delayed by one day for garbage and recycling collection. And in the Magic City, it will be mostly the same. Minot's City Hall, Public Works, Engineering Department, and Municipal Court will be closed. There will also be no residential garbage collection, and officials say the next pickup for residents with Monday-Thursday collection will be on Thursday. However, city transit buses will still run their regular schedule on the holiday.
