(KRON) – Kura Revolving Sushi Bar is coming to Berkeley.  A revolving sushi bar is a restaurant where sushi plates rotate on a conveyor belt past diners. Per its website, Kura Sushi’s dishes adhere to the Japanese virtue of serving natural and healthy meals prepared with fresh, premium ingredients. “We pay particular attention to ingredients, taste, and preparation for all of our dishes,” the establishment’s website said. “Our philosophy of “muten” or “nothing added” is an ongoing promise that our food is prepared using fresh, high quality ingredients free of artificial sweeteners, seasonings, preservatives and colorings.” Moraga brewery set to open new East Bay location Located near downtown Berkeley, the sushi restaurant's address is 2100 University Ave.  Kura’s website does not specify the first day of operation.  Kura has a total of 70 locations with 12 pending in the United States. According to Kura’s website, a new location is coming to SoCal in Arcadia.
