NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) -- Five people were displaced after a multi-unit structure fire in Norfolk Sunday afternoon. Norfolk Fire-Rescue responded to the 100 block of West Seaview Avenue around 1:50 p.m. in reference to a house fire. Upon arrival, crews found a multi-unit structure with smoke showing. Crews made an interior attack and extinguished a fire located in a utility room. The fire was marked under control around 2:15 p.m. Courtesy: Norfolk Fire-Rescue There were no injuries reported, but three of the units were affected. Red Cross is assisting the displaced residents.
