WINCHESTER, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – Police are looking for a missing woman in Winchester. Police say 28-year-old Tiffany Spicer was last seen wearing pink beanie, a gray jacket and jeans, while carrying a large mesh laundry bag. Spicer is insulin dependent and suffers from mental health issues. Her family says she might be trying to hitchhike to Beattyville, Ky.
