NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A woman has been arrested after a Saturday evening shooting on Giles Circle. Norfolk Police said they were called to the 3800 block of Giles Circle around 8:10 Saturday evening for the report of a gunshot victim. Previous Coverage: Norfolk Police investigate shooting that left man critically injured When they arrived, they found a 34-year-old man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. The man was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover. Police said as a result of the investigation, 40-year-old Marlena Hasbrouck, of Norfolk, was arrested and charged with reckless handling of a firearm. Hasbrouck was taken into custody at the scene by Officers and is currently being held at Norfolk City Jail without bond. Continue to check WAVY.com for updates.
