DICKINSON, ND (KXNET) — Authorities are warning of life-threatening wind chills this weekend. And as temperatures continue to plummet, Public Health is offering people a warm place to stay. Authorities say there will be a temporary warming location in Dickinson from 8 p.m. Saturday until 8 a.m. on Tuesday morning. The warming center is for those who are homeless and caught in hazardous weather conditions. It's located at 528 21st Street West in Dickinson.
