NORTH DAKOTA (KXNET) — I-29 from Grand Forks to the Canadian border is open after being closed down because of dangerous road conditions. Authorities say that because of inclement weather, visibility was low along most of I-29. They say there were multiple crashes and that some left the interstate completely blocked.
