SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- Another individual has fallen through thin ice in South Dakota. According to a post on Facebook by Clark County Sheriff's Office, an individual fell through the ice on Dry Lake 2 near Willow Lake while crossing an ice heave. The Clark County Sheriff's Office was dispatched in the early morning to find and rescue this individual.
